You do not need to create an account to make a purchase or to process a return. However, having a JATAREA account is always recommended to have your favorites, purchase & returns in one easy-to-access place.

You do not need to create an account to process a return. To request a return, please visit the 'Sign In/Register' section, entering your order number and email address under 'Check Your Order Status'.

To register with JATAREA, you are required to let us know your name and email address. To place an order, we will also require your billing address, delivery address, telephone number, credit card number, expiration date, and the CVV number. If necessary, these details may be used to verify and validate your order.
We may use your contact details to keep you informed of our latest collections and JATAREA news.

Orders may be dispatched separately; you may see different transactions on your bank statement—one for the pre-authorization of the whole order amount and single charges for each item in the order.
At JATAREA, we charge orders using the currency dependent on the shipping country. Local currency is not always available, and you will be able to see the currency used when selecting your shipping country.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, CUP & Apple Pay.
Delivery
Unfortunately, no. Please note JATAREA is not able to deliver to PO Boxes (including BFPO) or freight forwarders. Once the order has been placed, we are unable to amend the address details.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number. You may use this number to track your order online.
We offer a range of delivery services and charges depending on your location. The options available will be displayed at checkout when placing your order.

Your parcel is insured by JATAREA while it is in transit and until it is delivered to your chosen delivery address. A signature is required for every delivery, at which point the responsibility for the goods passes to the consignee.
Before shopping, please ensure you select the country or region for delivery. At the top right side of the website, you can select and amend your shipping country.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to change any of the details but may be able to assist with cancellation and replacement. Please contact Customer Service.
Note: We cannot add items or combine orders. You'll need to cancel and reorder with all desired items or place a new order for the additional item.
No, you do not need to create an account. However, creating an account allows you to save payment info, address details, and view your order history.
Placing an order is easy:
Browse products and view details on each page.
Select size and click 'Place in Shopping Bag'.
Click 'My Bag' to review or remove items.
Click 'Proceed to Checkout' and follow the steps.
If an item is not available online, you can email us, and we’ll help locate it and arrange a mail order.
You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This does not mean it has been accepted. After verification, your order will be accepted and dispatched, and you’ll receive another email once it ships. In some cases, Customer Service may contact you for verification.

Returns & Exchanges
To request a return, visit the 'Sign In/Register' section and enter your order number and email address under 'Check Your Order Status'.
Products & Availability
You can add items to your Wish List by selecting the size and clicking 'Wish List' on product pages. It won’t reserve items but saves your favorites. You can also share your Wish List via email or social media.
Refer to our Product Care page or the "Shoe Care" section on each product page for specific advice.
