Shoe Care

LEATHER CARE

Proper care of your shoes can help them last for years. You only need to spend a few minutes to keep your shoes shiny and looking like new.

Remove dirt. Rub off dirt with a clean, dry cloth. Try to scrape off any loose mud. Make gentle circles with a small grey leather upper brush and a little water.
Apply cream. Spread cream in circular movements with an applicator brush. Use the black brush for black polishes and the grey brush for other colors. (this process is not applicable for suede or textile uppers)
Leave the cream to permeate the leather for at least two hours then remove the residue with the small leather upper brush and buff the shoe with a large leather buffer brush in long, firm strokes to create a smooth, even shine.
Apply wax polish and buff the shoe with the large Leather buffer brush in long, firm strokes to create a smooth, even shine.
Apply a little water with a cloth.
Use a dry cloth, making circular movements to complete your polish.
Leave to dry and cover with your JATAREA dust bags before storing your shoes back in the box.
