JATAREA Returns & Refunds policy

You may return eligible unworn shoes, boots, or sandals in their original packaging within 30 days from the date the order was placed.

Return / Refund / Exchange Process

To exercise your right to a free return or exchange, please log in to “My account” and complete the return/exchange form, providing the reason for the return and supporting images. After submission, our support team will review your request. Upon approval you, will receive a return label via email.

• We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. The reimbursement will be issued using the same payment method as the original order, and no additional fees will be applied.
• We will communicate with you through your email address provided during account creation with Jatareausa.com

Conditions for returns:

In order to the shoes to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• Shoes were purchased within the last 30 days
• The shoes are in the original packaging (undamaged branded shoebox /Shoe stuffing /filler /dust bag)
• Unworn shoes without scratch /spots /wrinkles on bottom or uppers
• Undamaged box labels

We strongly recommend that products and packaging are checked thoroughly before they are tried on or any tags or packing are disposed of.

The following goods cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged:

• Worn shoes with creased/dent on leather/Textile upper
• Worn shoes with damaged /scratched outsoles
• Dirty shoes
• Altered shoes (attempted cleaning with water/chemical/colour/cream/heat or any object)
• Damaged box label

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any SHOES that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Your return or exchange is free, but you are responsible for proper packaging. Please use secure wrapping or appropriate packaging to ensure the branded shoe box remains undamaged and clean. Attach the return label to the outside of the packaging.

We request that returns or exchanges be shipped using the return label provided to you via email through our designated shipping carrier. JATAREA USA cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shoes during return shipments if our return labels are not used.
