You may return eligible unworn shoes, boots, or sandals in their original packaging within 30 days from the date the order was placed.
To exercise your right to a free return or exchange, please log in to “My account” and complete the return/exchange form, providing the reason for the return and supporting images. After submission, our support team will review your request. Upon approval you, will receive a return label via email.

Your return or exchange is free, but you are responsible for proper packaging. Please use secure wrapping or appropriate packaging to ensure the branded shoe box remains undamaged and clean. Attach the return label to the outside of the packaging.
We request that returns or exchanges be shipped using the return label provided to you via email through our designated shipping carrier. JATAREA USA cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shoes during return shipments if our return labels are not used.
