CHANDA Slide featuring a glamorous twist on a classic slide on sandal. Its hand weaved craftsmanship by a group of women from a small village known as “Horin Hatti”, brings a nice mix of simple and luxe look of the sandal.

It is designed for comfort with light padded footbed with crape color outsole.

This leather has been produced in GOLD or SILVER rated leather working group certified tanneries. LWG (Leather Working Group) is a protocol that audits energy & water use in the tanning process. Waste management & The use of pre-approved chemicals in tanning processes.

Shoe Care

LEATHER CARE

Proper care of your shoes can help them last for years. You only need to spend a few minutes to keep your shoes shiny and looking like new.

  1. Remove dirt. Rub off dirt with a clean, dry cloth. Try to scrape off any loose mud. Make gentle circles with a small grey leather upper brush and a little water.
  2. Apply cream. Spread cream in circular movements with an applicator brush. Use the black brush for black polishes and the grey brush for other colors. (this process is not applicable for suede or textile uppers)
  3. Leave the cream to permeate the leather for at least two hours then remove the residue with the small leather upper brush and buff the shoe with a large leather buffer brush in long, firm strokes to create a smooth, even shine.
  4. Apply wax polish and buff the shoe with the large Leather buffer brush in long, firm strokes to create a smooth, even shine.
  5. Apply a little water with a cloth.
  6. Use a dry cloth, making circular movements to complete your polish.
  7. Leave to dry and cover with your JATAREA dust bags before storing your shoes back in the box.

    I usually wear a medium width, 8-8 1/2 in sandals, 8 1/2-9 in shoes and boots. 9 was the perfect length for me. They are slightly wide on my slightly narrow feet, so they are probably a true medium. The suede is soft and will stretch some, so if your feet are just a little wide they should be okay. The sole is not rubbery, so they do make a little noise when you walk. The color was lighter than expected. Somewhat cushioned insole, but no arch support. I find them comfortable and stylish, but are not all-day-on-your-feet shoes if you have older or problematic feet.

    This is a perfect summer sandal, easy to slide on and off. They are high quality materials and will last for many years. Becomes more comfortable with wear as the leather loosens up a bit. Will look great with casual shorts or a sundress.

    I read most of the reviews before I purchased these. I listened to the advice and sized down half a size. I’m usually a 6.5 and I went with a 6! So glad because they fit perfect! I was worried they would be a little loose because I saw some people said they fit too loose. I have pretty narrow feet & think they fit perfect. I haven’t worn them out yet so I don’t know if they will stretch or how they hold up but overall so far I think they are so cute! I almost spent $100 on sandals just like these & then found these by chance & im so glad I got them!! I love being able to find a great dupe! I will say they are definitely white! I was expecting them to be slightly off white but nonetheless still happy!
